3. Professional and educational nature of services

Casaltech services are intended to provide practical guidance, mentoring, professional development and industrial project-management support.

Results depend on several factors, including the participant’s experience, preparation, engagement and application of the material.

Casaltech does not guarantee:

  • examination success

  • professional certification

  • employment or promotion

  • specific commercial results

  • particular project outcomes

PMP® and CAPM® are registered marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. Casaltech Ltd is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by PMI.

4. Bookings

A booking is not confirmed until Casaltech has:

  • accepted the booking or request;

  • confirmed the date, format and scope; and

  • received any payment or deposit required.

Casaltech may decline a booking where the requested service is unavailable, unsuitable or outside its professional scope.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and booking information.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices will be displayed on the website, quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are expressed in euros.

Any applicable taxes will be shown before payment or included in the relevant quotation or invoice.

Casaltech may change prices for future bookings. A price already confirmed for an existing booking will not change unless the customer requests a change to the agreed service.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through an authorised third-party payment provider.

The available payment methods will be shown during checkout, on the relevant invoice or in the booking instructions.

Casaltech does not normally receive or store complete payment-card details. Payment providers process such information under their own terms and privacy notices.

A customer remains responsible for all amounts due under the confirmed booking.

7. Consumer right of withdrawal

Where a consumer purchases a service online or through another distance method, the consumer may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Casaltech clearly by emailing:

info@casaltech.com

The notice should include:

  • the customer’s name

  • the service purchased

  • the booking or invoice reference

  • a clear statement that the customer wishes to withdraw

8. Services beginning during the withdrawal period

Where a customer asks Casaltech to begin providing a service during the 14-day withdrawal period, Casaltech may require an express request to begin early.

If the customer withdraws after performance has begun, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

Where the service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be lost if the customer:

  • expressly agreed that performance could begin immediately; and

  • acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service had been fully performed.

9. Customer cancellations and rescheduling

Unless a different policy is stated on the service page or booking confirmation, the following cancellation terms apply:

More than 14 calendar days before the scheduled service

The customer may request:

  • a full refund; or

  • one transfer to another available date.

Between 7 and 14 calendar days before the scheduled service

The customer may request:

  • a 50% refund; or

  • one transfer to another available date.

Fewer than 7 calendar days before the scheduled service

Payments are normally non-refundable.

Casaltech may permit rescheduling at its discretion, depending on availability and any costs already incurred.

These contractual cancellation terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Maltese or EU law.

10. Failure to attend

If a customer does not attend a confirmed mentoring session, workshop or consultation without prior notice, the session will normally be treated as delivered and no refund will be issued.

Casaltech may offer a replacement session at its discretion.

11. Cancellation or rescheduling by Casaltech

Casaltech may need to cancel or reschedule a service because of illness, travel disruption, insufficient attendance, technical problems or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where Casaltech cancels a service and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

Casaltech will not normally be responsible for indirect expenses such as travel, accommodation or loss of working time unless agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, Casaltech is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss

  • loss of profit, business or opportunity

  • decisions made without project-specific professional advice

  • failure to achieve examination, career or project outcomes

  • interruptions caused by third-party platforms

  • circumstances outside Casaltech’s reasonable control

Where liability can lawfully be limited, Casaltech’s total liability relating to a particular service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
