2. Services and professional nature
Casaltech Ltd provides professional services including official PMP® and CAPM® certification training, project management certification mentoring, industrial project workshops, technical and project-execution consultancy, online and on-site sessions, and related educational and advisory services.
Official PMI certification training is delivered by Casaltech Ltd, a PMI® Authorized Training Partner, using PMI licensed courseware and qualified PMI® Authorized Training Partner Instructors.
Mentoring, consultancy, Site Management workshops and other proprietary services are separate Casaltech services and are not official PMI certification courses or approved or endorsed by PMI.
The exact scope, format, duration, price and delivery method will be stated on the relevant service page, quotation or booking confirmation.
Casaltech does not guarantee examination success, professional certification, employment, promotion, specific commercial results or particular project outcomes. Results depend on the participant’s experience, preparation, attendance, engagement and application of the material.
Completion of a Casaltech course does not itself award a PMI certification or guarantee examination eligibility or success.
3. PMI Authorized Training Partner status
Casaltech Ltd is a PMI® Authorized Training Partner.
Official PMP® and CAPM® certification training offered through Casaltech’s Authorized Training Partner programme is:
-
delivered by Casaltech Ltd;
-
delivered using PMI licensed courseware;
-
delivered by a PMI® Authorized Training Partner Instructor qualified for the relevant course; and
-
identified clearly as official PMI certification training on the relevant service page or booking confirmation.
Casaltech’s PMI Authorized Training Partner status applies only to training and activities delivered under the applicable PMI Authorized Training Partner programme requirements.
It does not mean that PMI sponsors, endorses, approves or guarantees Casaltech’s:
-
independent mentoring;
-
certification-readiness assessments;
-
proprietary workshops;
-
consultancy services;
-
Site Management training;
-
artificial intelligence or automation training;
-
project-recovery services; or
-
other proprietary professional services.
Such services remain separate Casaltech or Officina PM offerings unless they are expressly identified as official PMI certification training.
4. Bookings
A booking is not confirmed until Casaltech has:
-
accepted the booking or request;
-
confirmed the date, format and scope; and
-
received any payment or deposit required.
Casaltech may decline a booking where the requested service is unavailable, unsuitable or outside its professional scope.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and booking information.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices will be displayed on the website, quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are expressed in euros.
Any applicable taxes will be shown before payment or included in the relevant quotation or invoice.
Casaltech may change prices for future bookings. A price already confirmed for an existing booking will not change unless the customer requests a change to the agreed service.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through an authorised third-party payment provider.
The available payment methods and payment terms will be stated on the relevant quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or payment instructions.
Casaltech does not normally receive or store complete payment-card details. Payment providers process such information under their own terms and privacy notices.
A customer remains responsible for all amounts due under the confirmed booking.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal
Where a consumer purchases a service online or through another distance method, the consumer may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Casaltech clearly by emailing:
The notice should include:
-
the customer’s name
-
the service purchased
-
the booking or invoice reference
-
a clear statement that the customer wishes to withdraw
8. Services beginning during the withdrawal period
Where a customer asks Casaltech to begin providing a service during the 14-day withdrawal period, Casaltech may require an express request to begin early.
If the customer withdraws after performance has begun, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
Where the service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be lost if the customer:
-
expressly agreed that performance could begin immediately; and
-
acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service had been fully performed.
9. Customer cancellations and rescheduling
PMI® course enrollment and official course materials
Following confirmation of an official PMI® certification training booking, Casaltech Ltd. may proceed with participant enrollment and the purchase, allocation or activation of the applicable official PMI® course materials.
Such enrollment and materials may be participant specific and may result in costs that cannot be cancelled, transferred or recovered by Casaltech Ltd.
Where cancellation is requested after such costs have been incurred, any refund or rescheduling arrangement will take into account the non recoverable costs already incurred by Casaltech Ltd., subject always to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
10. Failure to attend
If a customer does not attend a confirmed mentoring session, workshop or consultation without prior notice, the session will normally be treated as delivered and no refund will be issued.
Casaltech may offer a replacement session at its discretion.
11. Cancellation or rescheduling by Casaltech
Casaltech may need to cancel or reschedule a service because of illness, travel disruption, insufficient attendance, technical problems or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where Casaltech cancels a service and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.
