Our Story
I’m Roberto Piccin, PMP®.
My career started on the shop floor and grew through commissioning, installation, and global site coordination. Over the years I have developed a deep understanding of how complex industrial projects succeed — and why they fail.
I have led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated suppliers, resolved critical execution issues, and delivered projects across more than 70 countries worldwide.
My experience spans food & beverage, packaging, and industrial automation — environments where planning alone is never enough. Successful delivery requires leadership, clarity, and strong on-site coordination.
Casaltech was created to bring that mindset to clients: helping organizations manage projects with discipline, execute with confidence, and develop the next generation of project leaders.
