Our Story
I’m Roberto Piccin, PMP® & CAPM®.
After decades of working in the field, from line commissioning to global site coordination. I’ve developed a deep understanding of how technical projects succeed (and why they fail).
Over time, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, managed suppliers, solved crises under pressure, and ensured delivery across more than 70 countries.
My career spans the food & beverage, packaging, and automation sectors, where planning alone isn’t enough; you need leadership, clarity, and hands-on coordination.
